If you are like most small business owners in the Chattanooga area and have AT&T for your phone service, you have probably at one time or another agreed to some type of AT&T contract in exchange for a discount from AT&T on your phone service.  There are various AT&T contracts but the more recent contracts have "ETF" or "Early Termination Fees".  This is relevant as this means that if you switch to RevTel you may have to pay AT&T an "ETF". 

Finding out how much an ETF is can be a challenge.  If you call the customer service number on your AT&T bill you will likely be placed on hold and transfered several times just to find an individual that can tell you how much your ETF will be.  In order to save our potential customers some time, we have included this handy ETF calculator.  Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate.  Your actual ETF will vary and you should find out from AT&T how much it is before you switch to RevTel.

Most of the time it is worth paying the ETF and switching as even after paying the ETF you will still save money and get better service and features from RevTel.
